President Donald Trump was on hand at The Greenbrier Resort for a Salute To Service dinner on Tuesday, and with the Greenbrier hosting this week’s PGA Tour event, a number of pros were in attendance including Phil Mickelson, Bubba Watson and Keegan Bradley.
Tomorrow, families across our Nation will gather to celebrate the Fourth of July. As we do, we will think of the men & women serving overseas at this very moment, far away from their families, protecting America – & we will thank GOD for blessing us with these incredible HEROES! pic.twitter.com/FQ1D7oEta2

Beyond talking about the bravery and sacrifice made by the men and women in the armed forces, Trump also lauded the strength and mental fortitude of the golfers in attendance who would be playing in A Military Tribute at The Greenbrier, the official name of the Tour stop this week.
“These are unbelievably talented people,” Trump said. “They’re talented in their mind and in their body. Their muscles are strong but their mind has to be stronger. It’s tough. And these are tough people.
“I’ll be sitting home at the White House, and I’ll be watching and saying ‘I wish I could play like that.'”
A Military Tribute at The Greenbrier began Thursday morning on the resort’s The Old White TPC.
