Sergio Garcia is an excitable guy. Sometimes, he can use his passion for good like he does at the Ryder Cup — as fans of United States golf fans can attest — but we usually see his temper flare in less-than-ideal situations. Another such situation arose on Saturday at the BMW Championship.
On his way to a 4-over par round of 76, Sergio decided he had had enough with his flatstick, throwing it towards his bag originally before taking out his frustrations further on a later hole. The club became unsuitable for play, so Sergio had to start putting with his wedge.
