You can add another “young gun” to the stable of 20-somethings that are taking over the PGA Tour and his name is Si Woo Kim. The 21-year-old South Korean is four years removed from becoming the youngest player to ever earn his PGA Tour card and on Sunday in Greensboro he became the Wyndham Champion.

Kim’s first Tour win came in impressive fashion after flirting with 59 on Friday, Kim backed up a second-round 60 with weekend scores of 64 and 67 to win by five strokes over Luke Donald. Six shots back and tied for third place were Hideki Matsuyama and Brandt Snedeker, so Kim wasn’t beating a bunch of no names this week.
Further down the leaderboard, the likes of Billy Horschel, Graeme McDowell, Rafa Cabrera Bello, Kevin Kisner, Jim Furyk and Kevin Na all notched top-10 finishes.
The Wyndham marked the end of the 2015-16 PGA Tour regular season and the FedEx Cup Playoffs kick off this week outside of New York City at Bethpage Black.
