Daniel Berger backed up his inaugural PGA Tour win at the FedEx St. Jude Classic last year with another win at the same event last week. Berger fired rounds of 70-68-66-66 to move eight spots up the leaderboard and edge out Charl Schwartzel and Whee Kim by a stroke.

Berger’s switch to Callaway equipment at the beginning of 2017 proved to be a non-issue for the Florida State product. Berger top the strokes gained rankings in tee to green and total. He was also second in the field in strokes gained: off the tee and 14th in driving distance, averaging 304.7 yards per measured drive.
