The Zurich Classic of New Orleans enjoyed a renaissance with its team format this year and Jonas Blixt and Cameron Smith emerged victoriously. The two survived two rounds of alternate shot and best ball as well as four holes of sudden death to defeat the team of Kevin Kisner and Scott Brown.

On the fourth sudden death playoff hole, Cameron Smith put himself in perfect position to get up and down for birdie and win the tournament. The 23-year-old Aussie picked his wedge clean and gave himself less than three feet for the win.
