Basics Of Proper Pitch Shots

Set up :
Ball center to slightly back of center depending on trajectory. Use alignment rods initially to
monitor proper set for ball position and aim.
Weight forward and stays forward during entire motion.
Suspension point ( sternum ) on ball.
No shaft lean or minimum if any to encourage the use of the bounce.

Practice Station :
Set up intent for specific landing point.
Calibrate shortest shot you can successfully execute then proceed back with a minimum of 5
different distances.
Example : 5 Yards – 10 Yards – 15 Yards – 20 Yards – 25 Yards
Goal is to have proper impact and trajectory with each station. This gives us consistent roll out.
