To work on getting 100% committed to your shots, play a round or two of a best-ball scramble with yourself. Hit your first shot with an aggressive swing to a conservative target and then take that same commitment and hit a shot aimed more aggressively.
What this will do is train yourself to make the same aggressive swings at different targets so that when there’s something on the line, there’s no tendency to bail out or hesitancy in your commitment.
