In order to dial in your touch, challenge yourself with the PGA Tour Leapfrog Drill. Setting up tees at 5, 10, 15 and 20 feet, try to fit as many balls as you can in each quadrant.
When you begin the drill, attempt to roll the ball as close to the tee as possible making sure to go past it. From there, try to roll more putts past your first mark, but before the next quadrant’s tee. A good goal for Tour pros is to fit seven in the 5-10-foot range, 6 in the 10-15-foot range and 5 in the 15-20-foot range. Adjust accordingly for your handicap.
