Oftentimes on the lesson tee I see people struggle with making a good weight shift into their lead leg.  The ability to shift our weight toward the target is so important for creating the proper sequencing from the ground up as well as making sure we compress the ball with our weight on our lead leg at impact. Use Super Speed Sticks or a light flexible alignment rod and try lifting your lead heel off the ground and right before completing your backswing plant your heel back on the ground for an increase in club head speed!
