Here is one of my favorite stations for learning to control the pelvis. Controlling the pelvis will help us eliminate early extension in the golf swing.
I have a couple of alignment rods crossed that when I get into a setup are going to provide me feedback against my lower body as to whether or not I’m recreating the forward flex in my pelvis that I started with at setup. This is going to lead to a lot more consistent ball striking and delivering the club with better characteristics through impact.
