Today we’re talking about our pivot and how we’re going to use the G box to help us create more efficient movement in the backswing.

When you put the G box on, as you start to rotate back, you want the line to match up with the golf ball as much as possible. As you work your way up to the top, to get the line to match up to the golf ball, feel like you’re adding some thoracic extension up to the top of the backswing, like you’re creating a left side oblique crunch or like your right rib cage is really elongated.

Let’s go and add that thoracic extension to help us finish that pivot and hit some better shots.
