The importance of footwork in the golf swing is one of the unknown killers to your ball striking goals.

Too many amateurs get the majority of their weight on the back foot during the backswing in an effort to load up power, but they fail to transition that power to through to the lead leg during the transition and downswing.

Moving that weight to your lead leg will help you to deliver the club correctly at impact, resulting in more solid strikes.
