Handle Your Clubhead Speed In The Follow Through

It’s really important that we understand how to change pressure from side to side in the swing if we want to increase clubhead speed. We know that we need to put pressure into our trail side during the backswing, but it’s more demanding to shift that weight into our lead side so that we can get into that finish position.

Using a core ball and lunges, we’re going to authentically make the rotation of the hips and create some strength in our hips and core. This will train our body in the exact same way we need it to respond as we hit a shot and watch it fly down the fairway.
