When setting up with your putter, simplicity is key. Hold the putter straight out in front of you, keeping the shaft, your forearms level with the ground, and your elbows back.

Relax, stand with your feet at a comfortable width, and let the putter naturally fall as you bend from your hips. The putter face should land centered between your feet, helping you achieve a solid, consistent stroke.
