I love this variation of a med ball throw because it doesn’t let me bail out. What I mean is by taking a narrow stance it forces me to have weight on my lead leg as I make the throw. I can’t hang back on my right side and just throw my hands at it. So I’m training Power from the right place, my hips and core, while being posted up on my lead side! Give it a try.
