Improve Your Launch Conditions For More Distance

One of the things that can help you pick up some distance is developing a positive angle of attack when you’re coming into the golf ball. What that means is that as you’re about to contact the golf ball, you’re using the ground to hit up ever so slightly.

Instead of teeing the ball up at its normal height, try teeing it just a little bit higher and think about getting your ball position up towards your left foot. This will naturally impart a positive angle of attack because your club is impacting the ball farther forward in the swing arc.
