When you’re miss hitting the golf ball, a lot of times it’s from moving your head incorrectly. The wall drill can correct miss hitting the golf ball. Put your head against the wall, arms on the chest, turn away and come back to impact. The head might move slightly away on a big shot and it might move a little bit down but this drill will give you the feeling of staying quiet with your head.

The next thing you can do is put your arms out in front of you and make a backswing and downswing just past impact and feel your hands move out in front of your head. When you’re against the wall, the hands move out in front. This drill is terrific for a feel of what your head’s doing in the golf swing.
