In this week’s featured lesson, our student has a tendency to get long at the top of the backswing and get up on her toes, which makes it tough to come back down without getting flippy at impact. This also causes a back up of pressure and results in poor contact.

By shortening her backswing and keeping her grounded while transferring her pressure without stalling or backing up, she is able to make more consistent contact and not lose power.
