Next time you are working out, grab a medicine ball and perform a side to side shuffle to really get you sweating.  Then, perform the exercise from golf posture, and every time you change direction, swing the ball into your follow through position.  It’s a great cardio workout but it will also give your body the resources to make a better swing.
