– Set up as if hitting full iron shot standing tall with upper body tilted away from target.
– Ball position just forward of center.
– Weight favor back foot slightly which encourages a shallower angle through the sand.
– Swing will generally be a full swing or close to get the ball to carry the appropriate distance.
– Practice proper swing bottom which needs to be closer to ball ( 1” to 2” ) than basic bunker shots.
