A key to consistent putting is developing a smooth pendulum motion. Simple drills can help release tension in your arms and wrists for a more fluid stroke.

Start by bending your hand back as far as possible, then return it to neutral, using your wrist as a hinge. This promotes the ideal wrist action for a pendulum-like motion. Additionally, strengthen your grip while keeping your arm joints relaxed to create a smoother, more natural stroke.
