The key element to learning the reverse overlap grip is to realize we all have this lifeline running under our thumb up in the palm of our hands. Squeeze your lead arm and put the lifeline on this inside edge of your grip. If you were to turn sideways, your shaft should run up your forearm. The lifeline on your other hand should also run up the shaft, and to do that you should put your lifeline on that hand on this last knuckle of my middle finger of your lead hand.
This makes it very easy to get your forearms and the shaft to be in alignment, and when your forms this happens, it is much easier to swing the club on the proper plane so you’re able to make solid contact. The reverse overlap grip is very simple and will help you be more consistent.
