Let’s work on making solid contact time and time again. One thing that we don’t think about often is how our legs might be influencing our contact.

Think of the idea of keeping your legs as though they’re like tree trunks. When your legs are still and really solid you’re not going to be shifting around or lowering or raising up. Then you’ll striking in the center of the face more.
