This exercise will help you implement the swing thought of flicking tape off of your fingers, developing a strong core and arms at the same time. A dynamic med ball throw done at the ground will create the proper acceleration of your hands and a full release of energy into your shots. Perform 3 to 4 sets of 4 to 5 repetitions both right and left handed to see desired results.
