I have three favorite exercises that you should do every day. The golf swing is a rotary motion, and with that, you need to be able to turn. The first two exercises are going to help you with that turn, and the third exercise is beneficial to a disassociation of your trunk and your upper body.
You’re going to learn to do these exercises individually once each, but eventually, with discipline and repetition, you can turn these three exercises into a circuit series of three reps of 10 each, which will help your golf game immediately.
