Where you position the ball in your stance is the key to tweaking your set-up for bunker shots of varying distances.

For shorter shots, play the ball forward to open up your body and create that outside-in path.

If you need to advance the ball 20 yards or more, play the ball back in your stance so your alignment is more square.
