Functional bodybuilding is a strict movement pattern where you do not use the whole body. We are looking for excellent execution and range of motion with these movements. You can do different variations of the movements, but you need to be able to perform them very well to avoid disfunction. These movements are a good way to build up muscular strength and foundational strength.
