If you can understand where you hit on the ball, you can eliminate one side of the golf course or the other.
If you hit the inside of the golf ball, that will hit a push to the right side of the hole; or, if you hit the outside side of the golf ball, you’ll hit the squeeze cut to eliminate any trouble that may be on the left side of the ball.
If you’re going to play a left-to-right shot, hit it with a more straight-faced club and tee it lower. If you want to hit it right-to-left, play it with a more lofted club so that it won’t over-hook.
