There are a couple of reasons why you do pretty well getting the face square with your irons, and then when you hit your driver, the face opens up: the length of the club and the size of the head. Because there is more mass and more length between your hands and the driver clubhead, begin getting your clubhead to square as soon as you reach the top of your swing.
