Sequencing in the golf swing is that perfect harmony of the lower body initiating that energy transfer into your upper body, all the way up through your arms and hands and into the club.

When talking about sequencing, we talk a lot about the body, but the arm speed is an important part to making solid and repeatable contact. Using this breaking exercise, we can train our swing to feel those arms firing through to create more clubhead speed.
