Let’s work on low-point control. First, let’s talk about what impact looks like and how do we get into it. Push the club handle slightly forward, right side of your body crunch a little bit, forward bend towards the ground, and then open your torso a little bit to the left.

As for the impact fix drill, take the club back to about waist high and then try to finish with some dynamic motion with the straight arm finish. This drill requires a very short swing which takes some patience. I know you want to make full swings but the best way to start working on low point control in solid contact is with little waste high swings.

First off is understanding impact, what it feels like to be there, and then starting to generate some dynamic motion from that. This is going to be the greatest way for you to get better ball striking.
